I aim to show people as their true selves, creating timeless images while remaining unnoticed.

My Journey to Professional Photography

Originally from Rotterdam, The Netherlands, I studied entrepreneurship and leisure management, with side courses in photography purely out of passion. It wasn’t until I moved to Curaçao in 2008 that my hobby became a full-time career. During my time in the Caribbean, I expanded my skills, deepened my knowledge, and mastered the use of professional-grade camera equipment.

I describe myself as a journalistic photographer. Using my trusty Nikon 70-200 lens, I capture candid moments from a distance, ensuring that every shot feels intimate and genuine without being staged. This approach allows me to document events naturally, whether I’m photographing people, events, or the breathtaking scenery of Noosa Heads and the Sunshine Coast.

A Global Perspective

Traveling has always been a passion of mine, and it has shaped my photography career. I’ve had the privilege of capturing weddings and events across Holland, America, Curaçao, and other Caribbean islands. Now, having relocated to Australia in January 2017, I’m thrilled to offer my photography services to the vibrant communities of Noosa Heads and the Sunshine Coast.
